When do I take the Omega-3 Arctic and when the Omega-3 Total?

The Omega-3 Total is fish oil, which has a high EPA content. This means that it is particularly responsible for maintaining normal blood lipid levels, blood pressure levels and for supporting heart function, but it is also often taken for its anti-inflammatory effects (e.g. rheumatism). We recommend it as a therapeutic oil when there is already a pre-existing disease/pre-existing condition.

The Omega-3 Arctic is fish oil, which is obtained exclusively from the cod. Here the DHA content is higher and is therefore increasingly used to support brain function and to maintain normal vision. It is an oil which we also recommend for prevention and therefore a lower daily dose is set here, which of course can also be increased.
